His experience in the operations of health care facilities includes cash flow budgeting and financial management of distressed nursing homes. Mr. Fischman has been involved as a consultant in the purchase and sale, sale lease-back and financing of healthcare facilities.

Mr. Strasser is an executive officer for a company that has owned and operated skilled nursing facilities for over 18 years. He has vast experience in managing nursing homes and assists clients by providing insight and solutions to current day nursing home issues with an emphasis in positive clinical outcomes. Mr. Strasser primary focus is patient care, human resource management and survey result improvement.
