Financial Restructuring

The Company now offers the services of financial consultants. This group is headed by Certified Public Accountants that have over 30 years of health care experience. The team will conduct a full review of all financial issues that your facility is facing. If requested HFM will provide very specific recommendations as to the directions that your company needs to implement so that it can remain financially viable.

The company also has on staff attorneys that would become involved should there be the recommendation for a financial restructuring of your enterprise.

This may involve the renegotiation, restructuring, refinancing of mortgage loans and personal guarantees.
