Sales Process Steps

 

1. Initial Contact and Strategy Session

HFM and client agree on a timeline, identify objectives and opportunities for sale, sales leaseback or other financing alternatives, expectations and strategic goals of the client. HFM works with the client to identify the upside potential, indicate range of value and plans out the business strategy.

 

2. The Document

HFM prepares a confidential document based on operating, historical, ownership, financial and regulatory data and key investment highlights. The document also identified procedures and the timetable governing the sale process.

 

3. Marketing the Facility for Sale

HFM identifies prospective buyers HFM coordinates the execution of confidentiality agreements by the buyers HFM provides confidential document to prospective buyers. HFM manages the flow of information to buyers and buyer questions

 

4. Due Diligence
